Medfy is a digital platform that connects patients with independent, verified health professionals for home visits and remote consultations. Medfy does not provide medical care itself; all clinical decisions and services are the responsibility of the health professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and use Medfy. By using Medfy, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use Medfy only for lawful purposes and for accessing healthcare services in good faith.
• Do not abuse, harass, or threaten health professionals or other users.
• Do not attempt to damage, disrupt, or reverse‑engineer our apps, systems, or security.
• Do not use Medfy to obtain medication or treatment fraudulently.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Payments

Bookings, cancellations, and payments are managed through the Medfy apps. Specific cancellation policies and fees may apply and will be shown to you at the time of booking.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for services you book through Medfy and to comply with any cancellation windows or charges displayed in the app.

5. No Emergency Service

Medfy is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, serious accident, or life‑threatening situation, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency facility immediately.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

We work to keep Medfy reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medfy is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Health professionals using Medfy remain solely responsible for the care they provide. Medfy is not liable for medical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment decisions made by health professionals.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or website. Your continued use of Medfy after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
